
Bruce Terry has more than 26 years of broad-based strategic, financial, operating and business development experience. He has provided leadership to numerous businesses, delivering exceptional performance and profits through organic growth as well as acquisitions. To date, Bruce has completed more than 60 mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financial transactions with a cumulative value of over $25 billion.
Most recently, Bruce was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sobeys Inc., a 1300+ store, $13 billion grocery retailer in Canada. He was responsible for strategic and operational finance, which included $800+ million in annual Capex. Prior to Sobeys Bruce served as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Marsh Canada Limited, the Canadian operation of the worlds largest insurance brokerage and risk advisory firm. Earlier, Bruce held CFO positions with: Shoppers Drug Mart, the largest, Canadian drug/convenience chain; McCain Foods Limited, a privately owned, multi billion dollar, global food manufacturer with 55 factories in 12 countries and sales in more than 110 countries; and Tricaster Management, Inc., a private investment holding company with $100 million of equity capital focused on technology investments.
Bruce holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business and an HBA in Economics from York University, Toronto, Canada.
