Anuja Royan | Senior Vice President, Finance
Anuja leads our corporate finance function, with specific focus in compliance, financial management, tax planning, and structuring for new and ongoing businesses. She is also responsible for financial oversight of our existing investment portfolio.
Anuja joined Hilco from the Structured Finance Group at GMAC, where she set accounting, investment, and pricing policies, and helped structure derivative and securitization transactions as a senior member of the finance team. She began her career in public accounting with the Financial Services practice at Ernst & Young, leading projects for capital markets, asset management, securitization and reinsurance clients.
