Carlyle joined Hilco Consumer Capital in 2007.  Prior to joining Hilco, Carlyle was an Associate at a mid-market Private Equity firm in Toronto, where he was responsible for the due diligence, structuring and execution of mezzanine and private equity investments, as well as managing the existing porfolio.  Prior to that, Carlyle held positions at both Deloitte and KPMG in their M&A Transaction Services, Audit and Financial Risk Management Groups.
