Geoff joined Hilco Consumer Capital in April 2007. Prior to joining Hilco, Geoff was an Associate at CIBC World Markets in their Mezzanine Finance Group, where he was responsible for the structuring and execution of mezzanine debt investments in middle market companies across a variety of industries. Prior to that, Geoff worked as an Associate in the Institutional Equity Research Department of Blackmont Capital and as a Financial Consultant with Merrill Lynch Canada.
